Our yoga offerings help women to re-connect to their bodies and help to teach us about intentional living, mindfulness, and tapping into our deepest intuitions. It's no secret that yoga teaches us how to use deep breathing and meditation practices to help foster an inner shift from to-do lists, kids and spouse’s needs, financial concerns, and relationship struggles to more of a broader context of how we fit into the world around us. We usually offer our yoga in a variety of settings. Anywhere from mountain tops, to healing retreats, to community yoga studios.

Journaling and Art Therapy
Journaling is a central piece of the journey to self discovery and self-exploration. Journeying is a practice that reminds us we are not alone with our fears, hopes and desires. It's a way to remain present, yet reflective in how all things are impermanent in life. Journeying can also be a great way to manifest what we truly want in life. We will be offering journaling and art therapy in a variety of venues.

Wayward Adventures, clinical approach utilizes the latest in evidence-based clinical modalities integrated with well-researched mindfulness, and holistic healing practices. Counseling services will be offered in the Spokane and other surrounding areas as resources are provided.
the power of stories
Wayward believes in the natural power of storytelling and how sharing these stories can be transformative. We hold the belief that the simplest and most accessible ingredient for growth and healing are stories. Because we are so committed to the healing properties that stories provide, we use professional videography and photography as therapeutic modality in our program.
Wayward Adventures goal is to capture these stories of significance. As a result, we will be hosting end of the year documentary films after each season (season is defined as 1 year) for all our graduates of the program. This will be a fun community event designed to bring our community together in unity to honor the inherent strength of all women, and to pay tribute to those whom have come before us. Our documentary film will be hosted at the Magic Lantern downtown.
