This National Teen Writing Contest is open to high school students across America.
For the past 18 years, Cancer Unwrapped has given 20 students $1,000 in cash prizes for sharing their stories. Each year we receive honest, heartfelt, and unique stories from teens recounting their impact with cancer, either through their own battle or through a loved one's.
Since 2006, we have received over 8,100 submissions and awarded over $300,000 in cash prizes.
Contest Details:
Open to all students in grades 9-12
Entries must be in the form of an essay only and must not exceed 1,500 words
Contest Opens: November 13, 2023
Contest Closes: March 1, 2024
